Padsicles - These are great! So easy to prep ahead and amazing to help in your recovery!
Buy a large package of disposable sanitary pads. Open up each pad and on each:
Spread aloe vera gel
Spritz with witch hazel (we just squirted it on in a line down the middle)
Add 10 drops each of Lavender oil and Tea Tree oil (I recommend Young Living)
Refold your pads and place them in a ziploc bag in the freezer
